You lost your rep here and these attempts to gain customers back are simply put - lame and I don't think people are falling for it (maybe some WJ newbies who just registered (correct me if I'm wrong)).

Noone likes WTH around here, and noone reccomends it to anyone. You should stop wasting money on $20 ads (and that's just WJ) and get a better server, or as Krun!x here said a sysadmin who knows what the fuck he's doing.

I use your hosting for more then 3 months . I find my sites down more than 4-6 hours daily It last I leave your host .

Why you dont give Guarantee of UpTime. How you will compensate with those who have pay a high hosting fee and gets their business into hell after joining your host.

You are not to use languages like f***. Is your $20 being wasted that you say "you should stop"? Please refrain from interfering into our policy as it is not professional.

A provider will only provide the first month at $0.01 (free almost) if it is sure customers will find it good. If not, a provider will try to extract money at first if it is sure a customer will definitely not continue after a month. The improvements over the months made us confident to provide a complete month free ($0.01 for verification). Whether someone is experienced or a newbie he will not lose more than $0.01 at the most.

As I said before please provide a proof so that i can investigate. There were some HD failures at Leaseweb, except that i do not remember any downtime more than 0.1%.

No tickets are closed without answering. You realized after using 5 months that you got 4-6 hours downtime every day? Please prove it.

You asked for data after your account was suspended, we do not unsuspend accounts when there is a due payment. No data was lost, so you have nothing to lose of 1 year work. You did not like that and so came here to post 4-6 hours downtime everyday.

BTW your site is full of errors now at some other provider.

You used rapidleech which violated our terms, and we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately. We only suspended on good faith and allowed you a days time but you still did not remove it. Now stop telling lies just because you got suspended for violating the terms.

U never said that, thats true, but that's your way of thinking.

I came from DP, where RapidLeech was in the title. And it was only active for a few days. ( Then you suspended me ). I wasn't angry at the time. And you guys gave me 12 hours to delete the script. ( Altough my NS were pointing to another host already )
I've got that message about 22.15 at a weekday.
Ofcouse I didnt had the time to delete it within 12hours so I tried to contact offline support but it seems those messages go nowhere as I havent heard anything.
The good guy I am, I buy another package. This time the cheapest. ( Its not expensive, so whatever ). After a while my account's password got changed. Gmail's log shows noone entering my mails and i've got bitdefender for keeping out loggers.
Without an account to login, you cant get support!
So the dumbfuck I am, I create ANOTHER account but on a different name.
I used the coupon because I felt it was my right to have discount after what i went trough.
I create a ticket to tell you that I would like to recover my 'old' account, and what's up with the "12hours-to-remove" shizzle. After some time they understood me and changed the password of the account. But then they started to complain I should pay for the coupon! wtf, they dont think like " why did that guy made a second account after buying the unlimited package"

I asked for a refund for the 2nd package I bought with the 'old' account.
And I believe I asked if they could add the days i wasn't able to use my first package ( old account ) to this account. [ 26 days, right? ]

But they just start bitching about how I'm not allowed to use thesame coupon twice etc, and that the first account was active. [ It looked active because i ordered the 3th package ( new account ) with that domain. ]

They werent the worst for me, beside the lack of support.
Perhaps the load could be better to.

But noway i'm going back.

OK, but what do you expect when you don't answer for weeks? Anyone would rightly think that you just ignore him because you don't wanna pay.

If you can only pay later that's fine, just say something. It's a very bad approach to business.
