Don't bother with reservedhosting.com

I ordered a $13 USD plan (yes I know it's only $13 USD, still money, still hard to come by). I was told it was 99.9% uptime.

I've had my website offline for the last six days, whilst the hosts website remains online. I asked this guy who has taken my order, my money what he had to say:

Bit scared huh?

Just be careful of them, I've emailed support numerous times and not received anything but a simple "the datacenter has been offline", yet their website is up.

Have put in a PP claim, just letting you all know.

I dont have anything to do with Reversed Hosting anymore . Since the HDD failed. So no im not scared I just suggested not to cause issues for the current CEO.
 
My site also downs since 4 days now :|
Their thread is closed here now coz they asked Mods that its a info only thread while they were earlier even solving technical stuff in thread

Havnt even provided any backup to me yet and BioNeo still offline in msn

CAN ANYONE TELL ME WTF IS GOING ON ? RS just gimme my site backup and I am happy, dont tell me you dont even have it and tht HDD failure lost my big site ? X-(
 
I'm pretty sure, if you dicks have my money that I can cause issues for whoever the hell I want?

You are the one that took my hosting order, and told me what Paypal account to send it to. So to me, you are the liar, scammer, whatever you wanna be called champ.

I have told everyone on my thread that the HDD failed and we are working on recovering. Telling me that its been 2 3 4 5 days does not help the situation. Neither does making a thread like this. Me as the CEO are taking action to fix the issue. Once i do i will make adjustments of money to host who want it.
 
So the other day, I was told that the datacenter was offline, that's why your website was offline?

Now yours is online, yet none of your clients are?

Just refund me mate, or it's going to get worse.

Ask for my paypal, you can do it now. Or it will goto a claim and I will promise you 110% I'll win and your account will be frozen lol.

Im most defiently not scared. Reversedhosting is up because a kind friend provided temporary hosting to alert the members. Common sense of a server admin.

Forget about Bio,Domo he is out on this one. This is all me. Complain all you want but like i said im working my hardest to get everything back online. If all that fails i have to start fresh. But im not giving up. Please bear with me

I don't see anywhere on your main page that your clients sites etc are offline and you provide shit hosting??

I didnt block anyone i am on MSN taking all messages do not make assumptions. We are not scammers. Try to ping our server IP and see what happens. It is down down down.

Just yesterday itself Bio said in CB that hes working on transferring backups to second HDD and now hes fired ? X-(

I dont care about anything, can you just give me a backup of my site wrzaddiction.com ? I will be more than happy to have my site safe
 
The nameservers are there mate, I just whois.net'd your site, your nameservers for that IP would not be working correctly if it was hosted on your 'friends site'.

Because if I was you, I'd be putting up a status warning people not to buy anything until the problem is fixed.
