i've been with cheaprdp , from around 2 weeks
i like the rdp , every server have a downtime .
and also , don't expect much if you just paid 23$ !
 
Don't file a case right now. I guess they'll refund themselves, you can wait 24 hours and if they don't, then you can. But I think they should provide refund themselves.

I think title has got to do nothing, they might have just meant that they are providing cheap deals (I mean deals at cheap price).

I have never use a RDP for uploading or downloading before, so I really do not know what should I buy, after watching their ads on Other section, the upload speed is fast, so I bought this, I should be careful next time.

Waif 24 hours more for their respond. Or open a dispute on paypal 24 hours later.

I paid 35$ for their 200GB plan, and I really didn't expect too much for that, but for real, I do not care about their down time even they restart daily 3 days ago, but the issue what I have is I can not upload files. I already try to contact them by online chat or MSN, but didn't get any respond.

i am using their services for more than 15days but this is probably 1st issue i have faced. I am satisfied with their service ,:) just a downtime can't make anything that bad .Every host has some badlucks / downtimes ;).Even with LEVAC rdp i had faced some downtime, but that doesn't means that their whole service is bad. it's still trusted one..
You just unfortunately purchased RDP when it was a downtime , and it's unfortunate..

They will be back within some time , i am sure about it..
their server speeds are good, aswell as upload/speed also..
I m pretty sure it's DC problem as .. even with 4 user online it's the same problem..
I think they will surely refund u.. and if the downtime is too long or major one then i assume they will surely provide extension to all users..:)

Really the title of this thread is misleading/misguiding.. and mods should change it otherwise everyone will start making threads like "Don't use xxx hosting , Don't use aaa hosting , Dun use bbb hosting..etc etc BLAH BLAH"....

Yeah it's true but it's not our fault Softlayer is having problems

also levac , buyrdp , bunny all are having the same problem; it's not our fault ..

Anyway, tonight we will refund money to him
