For the users of US01 server: We reinstalled the system, login details sent to ur emails!

There is a serious problem in server US01, the system is infected and remote connection is impossible for the moment!
We asked the datacenter to reinstall the system as urgent solution. Also, We asked them to install it in the current system partition in order to avoid losing data.

Noone can enter your account and delete files only...
Softlayer is blocking our network because of high bandwidth usage.
We are working to change our Datacenter because sounds like Softlayer is not good anymore with some new rules.

SoftLayer Problem is Solved now sometimes problem appear again but we found how to solve it faster
