Nobody can connect. US01 is infected and shut down (they said they are getting a new one tonight or tomorrow), and US02 has some problems for 2 weeks now.
 
For the users of US01 server: We reinstalled the system, login details sent to ur emails!

For the users of US02 server: It's the same network issue from Softlayer, this problem is out of our control! Contacted the DC and still waiting for them to make an action!

For all: We are sill waiting for the new server but not received yet! Hope will be received soon!
 
Good news is that the data wasn't lost.
So what about the US01?
Are we staying on this server or are you going to move us on the new one?
