Isn't it clear? They pay on request, but if you change your payoff info, you must wait a month to be paid again.

France is a great market for them, many french uploaders are switching to DF. And in 3 month, the evil dwarf Sarkozy is gone, and i don't think the left wing in France cares about piracy...

Anyway I just started uploading on DF, and so far I like it, Upload speed is fine with their "DF Uploader", and DL speed is OK for free users. File Manager and the Stats page are great too.

Ask yourself 2 questions. 1) Size of your uploads ? 2) Countries of your downloaders ?

(of course if your downloaders are mostly from US, you are left with no choice at all) ...
