banned from site

I purchased an hosting from this site and my IP was immediately banned from the site. I tried emailing the company and it didn't go through.
 
Everything is down again I hope this is not another ddos attack

Cpanel works fine there is a problem with sql so sites are not working. If you can get a full back ASAP

Its been a problem with Mysql config , some abuser caused us a memory problems we are not doing some tweaking so that everything will be up within few mins .
Apache and Nginx issues has been sort out already
Also cPanel for all accounts are working now
