And he still denies being a reseller from Shineservers.

I can not send a support ticked I get Critical Error Could not connect to the database when I click on client area. My mybb forum is getting this error 2002 - Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2) here is more info about it http://community.mybb.com/thread-54820.html plz fix both of these problems

Issue has Been Resolved.
 
I have reseller hosting from dedicatedslots and it works fine, so i think only shared hosting is down currently. Hope they will solve it asap.

I asked the owner on skype, and he told me that he already works on problem. :)
