I would like a paid option where at least a certain amount of files last longer than the 60 days that is stipulated now.

If a file isn't downloaded for 60 days - this file isn't worth a single MB in my opinion. Cheers

Yes because we have also Holidays and dont work 24/7.
You dont need to post any images, everyone knows that it takes somewhile. A hint over Support Ticket would be great, i dont see any answer from you in this Ticket.
