some german letters included files can not be uploaded
even i upload them links do not work
you can try it yourself

We are currently investigating this issue and will fix it shortly.
In the meantime, you can work around it as follows:

I uploaded an example file with "Ü" in the filename.
Here is the original URL shown after upload:

If you remove the filename after the slash and use just this link instead:
https://ddownload.com/ioiijvstiuxg

…it will work. This is the current workaround until we deploy a fix.

Another Update:
We have now removed hCaptcha again. For the past few weeks, we had switched back to reCaptcha, but we didn’t realize that reCaptcha is no longer free. It was also the reason why we switched back temporary to hCaptcha.

We’ve now implemented Cloudflare Turnstile, which is much more user-friendly for new and free users.
This new CAPTCHA should improve both sales and download conversions.

We’re also aware that ddownload.com was previously blocked by some Webmasters due to poor CAPTCHA usability and download speed limitations.
Affiliates can now inform webmasters that we have re-enabled certain settings for improved free download speeds and have introduced a much better CAPTCHA solution.

by the way removing weird captcha is a great idea
new verifying cloudflare is better

downloads are fast and not confusing
and also this is the best for especially pps users!
 
sorry to say but same issue continues
it still gives error when i upload ö, ü and so on
you can check yourself

ps: mohsen ,my friend ,i do not think he steals sales
he is very kind and caring admin
i think sales may be wavy so please keep working!!
