Thats definitely true. Sometimes it is higher sometimes lower. Especially at the moment its really annoying regarding Bitcoin.

We have recently added Webmoney, Paypal, Advcash and other methods for payouts.

What i can tell, we are not from USA or Europe :)

This happenend by mistake. We gonna add this evening for every Webmoney payout some balance regarding this.

We used the new exchanger for the first time and one of our employes paid the exact sum in US Dollar instead of Euro.

Next time it will be better
 
Ok, and then what percentage will be for Webmoney in the future, not to mention that a lot of hosters have 0% on $ 100 earnings, and let's say RG has 0% on $ 15 target for payout.

We are not able to payout for 0%
For every payout mostly 5 USD up to 10 USD

We are about to start with the rest of the payouts. The Bitcoin confirmations take a very long time again.

whats the issue with the payout?

i still have not received anything... and no unconfirmed transaction on the blockchain...
