If Bitcoin fees were lower, the Exchanger would also respond faster. But currently they do everything delayed exactly because of the unstable Bitcoin currency.

But im not 100% sure if its that reason or not. We will anyway change our rules for our payment days. From Friday to Sunday. Its the best choose we can take to close the complaints

Why ask questions if payments are made on a fixed day and time?
no problem exit and say this, payment this week is on Sunday or Tuesday..

If people complain about high commissions, they would have to find another method. I have taken out 50 Euros and I have received 40.04, that commission seems a bit excessive to me.

You don't use webmoney when I will be able to withdraw?
  • Is your service Russian owned or from East Europe?
