Have a server that was down for 3days due to isues in network, ( its part of the business)

Is there anything new about server that is down since 14th morning? There was an answer 15th, about working on it, but today is 17th and sadly no info when supposed it will get back online :/
I'm asking, because so far every issue was fixed with quick, 24h, max 48h. But this time it seems more serious?

Paypal is disabled now due to too many FRAUD orders. YOu can use the payumoney option to make payments with cards, accounts, etc.

like i said, you can use payumoney option to use cars, bank accounts etc to pay.
Else i am afraid there is no other way.
NOTE: If you want, there are many processors that can convert your PayPal to other modes

I can't use payumoney or payu now, when register, they can't use SEA phone number to send OTP.
And looks like my bank account didn't support payumoney too. Reminder, i don't have cc or international cards.
