CrypticVPS and WebDen both now under StableLayer!!

I agree with all you guys. We though will not end up like this. We would not have purchased both companies if we were not in it for the long run. If any customer is having issues or wants to order a new VPS on StableLayer PM me. We are still setting those up.
 
SyFlys, that's what ACE and DLow said and intended, too. "We are here to stay" and all that stuff. Purchasing 2 companies is no guarantee of the fact that you'll be here in the long run. Time, I guess, will help us better determine how good or worse things get. Although, I hope, things get better.
 
They will get better. I have already resolved many of the issues clients have had so far. Just resolved also the issue with WebDen.org and the Offshore VPS outage. All services should be online across all companies.

Soon everything will just be on StableLayer.eu to make it easier for customers to purchase our hosting. :)

I know as far as with CrypticVPS you guys have had some problems and as far as any client who has left if you return I`ll personally give you a month free of hosting + a upgrade to the next level for free.

I like it.. Then my subscription would be extended 2 months from now, added and upgrade for the next level. woah! That's awesome, you should have your word dude. =)
 
This is not new round here.
I wonder how many of those pretend-to-be companies or service providers that populate wj actually take their jobs seriously.....
 
I take my job pretty serious tres, not sure if you are implying that we do not. We just came to WJ to advertise in no way are we a "pretend company" if you are referring the companies we bought perhaps then yes. We are though helping the clients go to a stable host.
 
you didnt answer my question mate,does this move mean that we will be shifted to new servers and will the packages be changed????

also ACE promised 1 month services free after his fuck up so will that be happening or not???
 
Packages will if they are changed be only upgraded and we are still seeing what we are going to do on the server issue. As far as for the Shared Hosting Clients they will all be moved to a new server.

If you are on a VPS you will most likely stay in that location for now. Also, Yes I`ll give you 1 free month if you PM me your domain.

When do you plan this move? Are you going to move WebDens shared hosting users also?
 
The server was purchased about 2 hours ago and yes I do plan to move all WebDen shared hosting clients. The move will be painless. If you are using the webden nameservers you will be fine. We will update all NS to point to our brand new hardware.
 
Thanks. As of right now I am waiting for our new server to be setup. Should be done within the hour. All clients will be moved within 24 hours hopefully. :) I`ll then worry about the VPS customers after I get the shared going see what we can do for them.
