Yesterday CH2 Went offline, and causing a huge downtime, and we are currenlty working to bring it back, and we are trying to move the clients to a new server so that we can deal with the CH2 problem, We are currently working on this, and i can say we are not sleeping for almost 24 hours for this problem, and we are still working on the issue, we will give compensation to our clients for every hour of downtime, and we will make a policy about future downtimes for this issue.

We are still working on this, and we wont quit in front of our hardest time, we will face it, and hopeful you guys understand us when we are not replying in the tickets, we are working and every second is valuable time.

We didnt had Any downtimes for 9 months, and this was a problem related to hetzner TOS, we will solve this, and we will serve our clients in the best way we can.

We wish that every client will be sure that CrunchHost.Com will be online again Soon whatever it comes to hard work or expenses, it will be online as we can't leave the business!

When will you move our sites to another server?
what is ETA for this issue to be fixed ?

ETA: Unknow but we are working hard and we will work untill we clear everything.

If it Hextener did this,then im 90% sure allo f out data is gone,Because if this is regarding their TOS then they would have deleted all data and unplugged all the servers.
 
its not difficult to answer, but we want to give sure answers.

actually, these troubles affected most of clients while the source of troubles were a few clients who didn't obey rules.

we are working on moving the sites which may get troubles with the old provider so its 50/50 but we are doing our best to get everything moved as soon as possible.
 
For the time being, I have shifted to another host as you will not take less than 2 days for sure. Lets see what you get when you return and also the compensation, then we will decide.


Also, please as a suggestion use a provider which allows warez linking.
 
How many days we must wait for our buckup's ? I want to move to other hosting provider asap and I want my data back ! In Poland the cheapest hosting companies have no such problems, but unfortunately in Poland warezz linking etc. is prohibited.

So how long we must wait 1 hour, 2 days, 1 week, - or we never get data back ?

Its terribly annoying when all your site's are down from 2 days and you don't know even why!

I do not need any compensation etc, because 2 , 5 days , one week of shared free hosting from you is nothing to me compared to what I lose with every second ...

Ah! Well there is no update from them, I guess we will obviously have to shift to another host permanently. Anyone vouch for any reliable host?

Guys, 50-50 chance is no way if they have violated their TOS. We lost our data if they have done so.
 
I'm sure all data is gone.The amazing thing is this guys contacted me 6 times through pm when I was going to buy another package,Yeah 6 times,and now he doesn't have time to reply here.I don't blame original owner,If he was still the owner the he would have updated us here every couple of hours.Opening a dispute.
 
Lucky me, because i did a full site backup on 08-07 and downloaded it. I would like to stick with Crunchost, but if they can't/won't inform us about the real situation, i (and i believe most of us) will move to another host. So please, keep us updated.

Well i hope you have any old back up... if not you can start new site... coz i dont belive that you will have your backups :S
 
I just want my money back for now so I can decide again when CrunchHost is up again.

It wasn't a wise decision from them AT ALL to allow warez linking when knowing they have their servers hosted on a host that doesn't allow warez linking.
