I cannot login to FTP, I have used my same password, didnt work, and I created a new password, still did not work.

thanks Mystical, there is an issue on our ftp server gotham. Please use our secondary which we have going for you. You may get a bit slower speeds depending on where you are located as this server we have setup as a secondary is located in North America.

The gotham server still not working, login incorrect error

I am using the eden server from NL and the speeds are ok. Thanks for the new server :)
 
Slow download speed from gotham.cloudshares.net

Hi guys, i'm a newbie here.
Been getting slow download from gotham.cloudshares.net server since past week.

Been trying to download file from other user but my speed only within 100KBps instead of usual [FONT=proxima_nova_rgregular]4MBps..[/FONT]
My premium ID is "silverbolt143"
 
would someone be able to post there download speeds, we are seeing speeds of 4 - 10 MBps ourselves. All file servers are at approximately 30% utilization for bandwidth and have a large amount of bandwidth available.

better network routing added for our servers, also a new content delivery network will be added which will add much much faster speeds for premium downloads.

My login info is the same as its always been but I haven't been able to login via ftp (gotham.cloudshares.net) for a week now.
 
same situation here btw connecting from France server. and the eden server gives 3MB/s max upload. :thumbdown:

payment run is happening all week docto, we will get yours completed right away. There has been alot of payment requests so we are playing a bit of catch up.

Added after 15 minutes:

ftp has been fixed again however there is still an issue with the user login script. It will work for now but we are looking at a permanent fix. Sorry for the inconvenience.
