We are a new administrator of cloudshares and we are managing and making the transactions. To make the transactions smoothly and comply with rules and regulations, we are requesting you to send us an invoice with the details of the referrals you are making to get paid. Our accounts team need the invoice with the details (referral details) to release the payments.
They haven't processed payout requests since July, let alone process the August one. I have told my visitors that don't buy premiums and I will remove all CloudShares links next month.
