We are going to be sending out an email here as well once we have some payment processor upgrades completed. We are working on the payouts page on cloudshares.net and will be getting some more payment options for our customers. Credit card payments will be put on again shortly soon as the new development work is completed sometime late today.

Payments are being completed right away as well. We have had lots of requests and trying to keep up! Thanks everyone and have a great weekend.

What's the file expiration rule for premiums?
I'm a premium member but got some complaints regarding dead links from my website visitors and those files were uploaded on 20th January.

there was a script that was run that affected files that have not been accessed in 30 days or longer. This is the setting for free non premium users but ran for all premium users one time accidentally. Our apologies.

OK. I'm using my script to reupload all deleted files.
Please check the gotham FTP server status because the upload speed drops to 5 ~ 10 MB/s.
The routing from my server to gotham shouldn't be so slow; it was usually tens of megabytes per second.
