Ok, let us resume the last 10 days:

March, 19th: my payout request shows "PAID" in my history, but no money received
I wait a bit...no money received on paypal and I open a ticket -> no reaction
March, 23th: I register here to ask whtas happened (http://www.wjunction.com/1459036-post1590.htm), answer: please wait
March, 24th: second try (http://www.wjunction.com/1460173-post1624.htm) answer: please wait till monday
March, 26th: an email reached me: "We pay tomorrow"
March, 27th: no payment...
March, 28th: I sent a PM to Cindy -> no response till yet

Cloudcache is the second hoster I delete from my uploads in 24 hours, for me not trustable.

Do you think your troubleshoot-management is serious?

Perhaps you don´t pay any longer for sticky-threads and concentrate better to do your job. At weekends too, this are very important days for a filehoster8-)

Well first of all :) Payouts were sent to 99% of them if u missed gimme ur email id from which u cashed out ill send u

msk19994 it's 10:32 PM IST 6 hours after the ETA was given and nothing work and i have zero files to post on my blog and i have to use another host for keeping my blog updating and that bessof my premium users and make the other how was gonna buy think again and not buy now call Cindy or snkr and make somebody explain when anything will work :( :(

rent a new server and let us upload on it at least the new work won't die 5 day means a months after till someone trust enough to buy again and CC is all about sales get Cindy here please

really that how you provide support by trolling ?? i have already had some good time with CC and both Cindy and snkr been too nice to me so won't reply to your trolling just wait a true support from PROS

I am not actually trolling just answering your question as you are blaming us i just wanted to make things clear that we are working on it and we are finding a solution to the problem and we will get it fixed soon
As this is also important to us that our thread is being ruined by negative replys and we want them to again be positive so i would suggest you to wait as we are working really hard to get it fixed
