Yes we are gonna close a perfectly big cloud hosting website /*Sarcasm*\
Calm down i was out on sunday. My Phone was switched off (Again its sunday). None of my team mates tried to contact me (Their Mistake).
Our main server (web server) had crashed i tried to put it back up maybe CPU issue as it shuts down after 1 hr.
Just moving website to backup server (less powerful) there maybe slow site till our main web server is okies (ETA given by DC 12 hrs)
None of files are lost

1.this 12 hours ETA for the site to be moved to slow servers or for every thing to back to norm ??

As Cindy said that the servers were being moved thats why that problem was being caused the problem but now site is opening fine
I just checked and the files are being uploaded perfectly now

Yes 45 GB and for some people its alot.If u want to consume more space then you can upgrade to our premium plan where u can get unlimited space

why would you add that reply here ? by adding a reply you have just killed your chance of getting accepted for support by showing that you have no knowledge about anything its a wrong section or thread for such question

Yes i get your concern mate as i said earlier your payment will be sent to you u just have to wait its not precise that the payment will be made on mondays only its clearly stated my Cindy that weekly so you will receive it within this week
