I suggest to pay 5$/1000 downloads for not registered users downloads, 10$/1000 downloads for registered users downloads and 15$/1000 for premium users downloads. Or maybe 10$/1000 doesn't matter registered users or not. Because now about 80%-90% who download files is not registered and 1$/1000 is really small. If you do this it will be perfect host.
