Paypal Payouts are to be processed tomorrow or day after tomorrow we had a few server payments and bunch of stuff so waiting money to load on paypal BTW Uploads were down for like 2 hrs 2 days back so everything seems to be stable

Few Servers are still having Issues Datacenter told us additional 24 hrs sorry for inconvience there maybe slow upload / download for today

my bad i chnged the limits just now. Its 15 mins (base) + 2 mins (per 100 mb) try now

There has been a misconfiguration in the database so atm all servers had stopped uploading we are solving that issue till then you can only download the files and not upload sorry for inconvince that issue has ETA of 2 Hrs Maximum its 5 mins per 100 mb so 700mb file will be say 5 x 7 = 35 mins
