For most people in other countries where the primary currency is not USD, which has no option to be able to pay by paypal because you need to have an international credit card.

There is a simple logic behind that.

People Usually keep backups to use them if you haven't use that backup in 1 year there is less than 10% chance you will ever need it

And for 10% People I believe they will use that backup within the 1st year so the time frame is increased by 1 more year

Free User Limits have been changed for first file is 0secs. Second File Per 100MB it is 300secs

All Downloads are Resumable for Free and Registered Users

Registered Users can even use Direct Download option

P.S - This is only for 2 weeks (it may end Early)
