Hello, first of all, sorry for my English, I'm using Google Translate as English is not my native language.
I have a few things to say.

POSITIVE POINTS:
1- I really like the video error and encoding failure report; this helps those who upload videos in bulk to identify errors.
2- I really like the prices and plans.
3- I really like the unlimited storage and the fact that the file never expires.
4- Remote upload works perfectly for me.

My experience:
Currently I have a premium views plan. I use the API to generate the link for my users, but I do something different that helps me a lot and also helps you save money. (Maybe others will follow my example).
When a user watches a video, instead of serving from the Byse source to the end user, I serve from:

Byse ---> My server ---> User

(My server is focused solely on delivering the best user experience; the latency is very good because it's in the same country as my user and doesn't depend on the Byse bandwidth quality).
The files remain on my server for approximately 2 days. If a user watches the same video, they don't even need Byse, only my server (This helps you save a lot of money).
The best part is that I don't need to worry about the Byse server's bandwidth quality because I add buffing for my user while my server downloads the first part (10 segments).

Byse also doesn't need to worry about spending money to have a quality bandwidth to deliver the video to me, because for me, it's enough that the server is minimally available. After all this, I have my verdict.

I'm happy to use BYSE, and I use the premium visit plan.

My only criticism is:
Keep the API 100% online at all times (it was offline for almost 24 hours in the last few days).
Be clearer about unlimited storage and no file deletion; so far, I'm trusting your word.
 
In the file manager, there's no button that lets me select all the files in the list. I'm using table view.

If there is one, I can't find it.

And a suggestion: allow exporting folder links (all the links to the files in that folder).

I just saw that if I select a file,

then a button appears that says "select page".

right click on folder -> export files
 
Hi,

Has the fee for payments been updated, or does it still follow Filemoon's standard of $3 for amounts up to $50?

I saw on the old Filemoon forum that this was a promise.
 
Hola. ¿Está deshabilitada la opción para crear nuevas carpetas? La opción aparece si quiero crear una carpeta dentro de otra, pero no aparece cuando estoy en el directorio raíz.

Some suggestions:

A bulk file delete tool.

Something like the remote-upload tool.

You enter, for example, 1000 links to the files you want to delete, and then they are deleted.

This would be very useful for me and others who have websites with orphaned files. Deletion based on time/expiration can eventually affect other assets as well. If I change 1000 videos now, I can delete the old ones and keep only the new ones.

Because when exporting links, I can manage the files locally, but in the file manager, I can't select them one by one to delete because it would take years of selecting them.

And this would save storage space.

I also submitted an application for withdrawal. However, from what I understand, they were supposed to process the payment on Monday. I am still waiting and hoping for a positive outcome.
