That's strange, the video embed code doesn't show up on my website when using 4G/5G. The video only shows up when using Wi-Fi. Can you check the problem? Video embed codes from other hosting providers always show up even when using 4G/5G or Wi-Fi, only your video embed code doesn't show up with 4G/5G.
IF embed loads at wifi it will load at mobile network, there is no magic behind that.

Do you have any maintenance? Because I play the same link 20 times, it automatically throws an error and then 21 times that link suddenly plays. Then I try another one that was playing, but now it won't play, and it immediately throws an error.
I don't know if I'm the only one having this problem with this error or does everyone have it? What am I doing wrong?
So give me an error 20 times and then release the link the 21st time.
I have many reports that people complain that the links don't work, with an excuse, and I wouldn't try 20 times to play.

Issue steems from subtitles not loading causing player to do not proceed with playback. We're checking it rn.
It looks like your subtitles are exactly 0 size empty : ) So kindly tell me how did you uploaded them so we can verify in the logs exact root of cause.
So there's only 1 way to insert them? I download the subtitles to my computer, it's in a zip file, then I unzip it and convert it to utf8

And when have you uploaded these subtitles ? Any idea? Because i don't see such upload in our logs so i assume these subs were uploaded when there was filemoon existing still.
As I said, these are old links, which means the translations were uploaded via filemoon.
I don't have a problem with re-uploading the translation, I just care that the video can be played. People will report to me if the translation is missing, I just care that the link works.

So can you somehow send me a list of those links so I can re-upload the translation? Or somehow let me know what those links are? The problem is that I no longer know when the video was deleted, when the video really doesn't work. Today, people have been complaining to me all day about the error they're getting, and I don't know what to tell them anymore. And I can't do anything to fix it.

Yes. zoom uploader is not working for both hoster with and without api. ftp also not working, login setting unchanged but encounhter 503 login incorrect. Web upload not working either but tested again, now is working. By the way, i'm not familiar how zoom uploader handling custom domain, so now we have to select hoster with api, then the zoom uploader will return custom domain name else it will return default domain name?
figured it out, used the API instead

Have you guys also noticed that since multi-quality was introduced, it sometimes encodes at max quality of 720p instead of 1080p when the source is 1920x804 from Amazon?
