they have adsense on download page. I believe this site will be gone soon just like any other Xfilesharing pro sites.

further search showed he/she actively selling filehosting websites:

so I believe this site will be sold soon just like his/her previous filehost sites. remember again scammer's modus operandi I have wrote earlier here.
if I were you, I will avoid it. anyway you may give it a try and prove me wrong. risk is yours.

I answered a little late because I wanted to make a research first.
1. Catalingmn wasn't the owner of nukeshare, he was contracted for the marketing department.
2. Neither Nukeshare wasn't a scam, they just sold it and the new owner didn't kept it online
3. DopeShare is hosted on the same company where we keep some of our servers (they have awsome speed and unbeatable prices for business plans), named LocalData. As I know, they are doing pretty well and they didn't scammed no one. Check http://dopeshare.com , they don't even make payouts, uploaders earn with their own ads on the download page
4. BulletUpload doesn't have any business with catalingmn or dopeshare.com, we just share the same hosting provider
So, all haters, don't talk if you don't have any idea about this site's ownership. I believe that you are friends with other file sharing sites and you feel us like a threat

BulletUpload is own by a serious company with great financial power. We already bought 1 small file sharing and we are talking with other 2 potential acquisitions.
Even if google will block our adsense account, we have other companies that wants to work with us, and financial support so the payouts will still go on.

We are looking into this problem right now, you are not the only one with this problem. It seems like our master server have a problem with geoip. Working on it, I will let you know when we're done
