This is unavoidable circumstances for us , but we promise your VPS Will be up and running in 48hrs . We will help in all setup and installs and everything you need to . Just please bare with us .

I can't login to client area too. Tried to reset password but no luck. I didn't receive any mail. I created a ticket as a guest but it got closed without reply.

But you said you have refunded , anyways the billing will be start working in proper way after it got dns propagated . Then only mailing and all things will work perfectly . Please bare with us . All work will be done under 48hrs for sure .
 
They probably still setting up their mail server oh btw I already submit a ticket too (guest mode too) hope to hear from you guys soon.

Good luck with the labour work and pray so this won't happen for the straight 3rd time because if it does happen it ain't bad luck no more.

Its is already being setup'ed , Just due to DNS it can give problems . And i can promise about the security now . There will be no hacking attempt from now . Sorry for all inconvenience you all guys faced . But its really our of our control . We are doing our best to keep things again on track .
 
Guys , you doing good job just stick on it , ignore the mooning peps . They just made for speak in backend of us , so let it be .

Hope all goes in track soon , i <3 Boxslots and i know they will fix everything in a while . Please all give them a chance to stand ! as 2 hacking attempts in same week is not really bearable , if there is other any shit host in place of Boxslots , they would have ran away , many days ago on first attempt , but they are stick and helping out . So in my view do please provide them one chance .

Sent a password reset request a while ago (none of my passwords worked - not the original one or the one I changed it to) but not had any response. Is this normal? I would've assumed it's an automated service.

If you had a VPS on boxslots... once things are back up... will you get an email with all login details again ( I assume on a new VPS)??

Or will you have to pay for another one?

Yes its an automatic service , but give us some time to get all things settled up so that all can come on track .
