I think you don't know what they have to do now in this situation;)
many hoster must transfer alls their customers to the new server before this they have to setup all the new servers.
so wait and you get what you want but first let they work;)

Hello , i would like to tell you , that your VPS was already setuped properly by 1st Jan.

But you keep on asking for IP change as you are not able to buy cPanel , which is not really our fault in anyways , But still we agree to change your IP , so you should be kind to us , and please do wait so that we can update your IP .

1. We are out of IP's due to all of the orders.
2. You are not the only client at BoxSlots, I'm still setting up orders & I'm not even close to being finished, if it takes me a little longer to do an IP change. (Hard to do one when there's no IP's.)
3. If you are that desperate for Cpanel, then buy a license.

I'm not trying to be rude, I'm working my ass off so everyone can get their servers & I have to read comments like that.

If there are any "Free" IP's, I'll keep you informed. There probably will be when I go through invoices after these orders are sent out.
 
So far great experience. Setup wasnt very long given the circumstances (RS fiasco) and the support seems instantaneous (thank you Rickie).

Stock will be replenished on Monday. (We have limited NL-50, 100 & 250 stock available, We have 8 NL-E750 slots left available & we also have very limited NL-X100, 250 & 500 stock available.)

Dedicated systems are also sold out until further notice.
 
1. It's not even close to overselling, I spent 30+ hours placing people to have anything like that happen. Why did you figure some people had to wait an extra day or two to get their servers?

2. You are the only person that has had this problem & you have twice the amount of RAM that everyone else has. I don't understand "What" you are doing. But coming on Wjunction and posting that we oversell is not going to happen.

3. If you actually did have an issue, you could of submitted a ticket "Hey, my loads are high can you please take a look at it?" That's all you had to do.

I've made my point.
 
I have ticket from hours but problem not solved.. I don't have too much free time to wait and wait I want to set things quickly.. I removed everything from the vps now..

i was not doing anything on the vps but the ram was going on max all the time..
