Funny, when I began working with wordpress, I've tested each one of these plugins. They gave no results at ALL. Once I've removed them, and start doing everything on my own, increase in traffic was massive.
Based on my experience, I could never recommend using anything except iRobotsSEO, and XML Sitemaps.

Both are very good. But AIO is more popular.

Yoast has an issues with pages, go with Platinum SEO for now until that gets fixed.

Wordpress SEO is actually better, has ore control/features, only issue I found is it doesn't add page numbers to the title. Will definitely install it again once that's fixed.
