Enom and Godaddy are the most famous domain registrars known for class support.

Moniker is my favorite. I use NameCheap as well, like their interface.

Moniker came up big for me a few years back when I was selling a site and the buyer turned out to be a scammer. I contacted them after the domain was transferred, the $8.5K I sold the site for were still in escrow.com. They intervened and got me the money. Without them taking the time to get involved I would have lost out on the money and never gotten back the domain/site.

Definitely not a GoDaddy fan. Haven't had a domain with them for a couple of years. It was a hassle for me to transfer a couple of nice domains a while back. Gimmicky!
