    The 9 day of October had problems, slow and programs did not respond. Send ticket the day 11, said they fix it... lie. Continued problems, I send another ticket, and they told me that they would change of server.

    Day 16 October... nothing, I still service. Thank you for the 7 days without service

    1 year old customer here.. so far no major issues except for few down times which is pretty normal for any rdp imo :)
