Why do you need to know who owns it to teach them a lesson. If they have any sort of brain, you wont be able to find them with a who is search. Mine says I'm from Sydney, Australia.

You shouldn't bother wasting your time. Can't you see you've already started doing exactly what a spammer wants and started driving traffic to his site by creating this topic?
By people doing a whois lookup some sites record the result whois page which gets indexed and creates a backlink which increases the organic traffic. By doing all this your helping promote the site. If your planning to hurt him or her your doing the exact opposite.
