no we can ,only problem is gift option is gone .while sending from other contries paypal gives a message like 'transfer will be charged as there is no personal payment option in india.

All indian sellers are requested to make invoices in paypal ( select request money / create invocie ) by doing this the transactions do not get reversed

I LOST 125$ By that SHit, All PAYMENTS REVERSED , NOW PAYPAL IS NOT ALLOWING OUTSIDE COUNTRIES TO SEND MONEY TO INDIAN PAYPAL


I WANNA RIP OFF PAYPAL, Neither i can Get My Money out to BANK ACCOUNT Neither i can Get Money from people ,

Wait for some while paypal told me that they will be emailing all the indian account holders when it is ok to withdraw money to their respected banks
