Just wondering if there is any demand for large storage servers ( 24x 4TB or 36x 4TB, 4+ cpus, 32GB+ ram ) located in Amsterdam on 1gbit unmetered connections (perfect for filehosting), we currently has a few under utilized servers I am thinking of what to do...

Which is insane.... You are basically buying a server for OVH and never get to own it!
I was thinking somewhere in range
NO SETUP FEES (since I already have servers on hand) ...
€400 per month for 24x4TB drive server and €600 for a 36X4TB drive server on a 1gbit connection (option to upgrade to 10gbit for 200epm extra) with LSI hardware raid, Supermicro IPMI and SSD drive for operating system
Maybe even cheaper with a 12 month commit
What I am trying to find out now is how to get paid (basically I do not want to accept credit cards and paypal since risk of chargeback is way too high, and last thing I want is to be paying electricity/bandwidth costs for a server only to be scammed out of money by a chargeback, that leaves bitcoin, transferwise or SEPA bank transfer.) and how to deal with VAT for EU customers, since I would have to charge 23% VAT for people from EU (silly EU VAT laws
) like OVH does, if you have a valid VAT number should be able to claim VAT this back
