Great work guys... you know just 3days before katz( < F u ) Goes down i bought a Server for new site BUT Because of katz goes i thought it all over BUT Now i think it just started.
i think its a great move guys...
ppl asking about filesonic to be Primary. it should be in Primary but in near Future not now..
i impress that you guys Put Mediafire as Primary.. why ? Mediafire is only stand alone Host which Gives Fast & Resumable Downloads (until your ip change) To Free users. which is Great For Downloaders.
Now Bottom im gonna Make Site........

That's upto individual sites and wouldn't come under global rules. Twilight accepts xxx while I believe Nexusddl has planned it for the future. MechoDDL own's the domain http://mechoporn.com and has intentions of using it in the future but the idea is on hold due to other projects.
As for hotfile/filesonic that was answered a number of pages back.
I actually like the primary hosts. At least there's more options. I'm glad to see MediaFire as the primary host. Those uploaders who upload to MF -- that speaks volume about them. Means they don't give a jack about $$ and prefers satisfying the downloaders.

Good rules but why have you come together, dont mean it the way you think but surly the rules should differ slightly for each. Or why not just have one huge ddl site, what i mean is keep yours seperate but have like a new ddl that pulls posts from all free etc into one master site. just an idea. warez needs new ideas.
It isn't pointless. The graph I showed a few posts back still illustrates how the majority of people who download still use the primary file hosts. It's not like we made the rules like: "Hey let's screw all the sites who submit to us". We are looking for a balance between what's good for the uploaders AND downloaders.
As an uploader your main though should be to SHARE, not to make money which is something most of the new generation uploaders don't even understand.
You also should know that we are constantly still discussing of modifying the rules to make it better for everyone.

Taking into feedback from members and as an expansion of our Global Rules initive to include other websites (more information on which can be found here) we have had to addapt some of our rules.
To sumarise the changes.
FileServe is no longer a Premium File Host.
The reason for this is it is the lowest searched for File Host and their is already too many webmasters submitting them. It sounds weird but you can blame yourselves for this. We just have too many fileserve links so in an attempt to reduce the number being received it has being lowered to secondary.
FreakShare.com is now a Secondary File Host
Due to requests FreskShare.com has being added to Secondary File Hosts. FileFactory was added yesterday also due to requests.
4 and 5 stars sites requirements reduced
As the number of Primary File Hosts has being reduced from 5 to 4 we have reduced the number of Primary file hosts required. You are now only required to submit one Primary and two secondary file hosts.
3 Star sites sites requirements reduced
Again as the number of Primary File Hosts has being reduced we have also reduced the requirements so it's now the same as two star requirement.
