I don't know if its known
but Google spoils his Google Ads Publishers.
When you add google ads into your site , you will receive more google bot visits, you'll get google to crawl your site directly after publishing new content.
But if you don't have a sitemap, and a site with unique content you will lose this attention . =)
what do you think?

actually it is human nature to prefer one over another and google is not human so I can expect and I'me very sure google won't use such useless/poor thing to rank sites :)

Actulay its Genius , Promoting sites that use Adsense will eventually increase Google's profits , its better then promoting site that have other advertising affiliation .
I've tried it on a couple sites of mine , and got my search engine ttraffic increased.
 
All not true and i'm not in the mood for a long thread to pwn you with proof. Take my word for it.


EDIT:

Tell you what does work though. If you add Google adverts and then keep refreshing your site Google shows the default advert message. If you keep refreshing it and also use a few proxys then Google will rush to your site and do a quick keyword analysis of the page to try and work out what adverts to show. Google doesn't make money showing default adverts. If you examine the adverts you will know what Google thinks the important Keywords in your site are. You can use this information to help your SEO.
