What do you prefer bulk and then cut? or get ripped first than bulk?

Bit tired, what about you?

To be honest, even tho obviously we all look best when we have least amount of fat I prefer when I'm bulking.

You can eat ton stuff, candies here and there, going out, chillin' etc as long you get enough calories. More weight means that I can also push more, I'm not exhausted etc.

Rip > Bulk is easy, you just start eating more while opposite is really hard. Because you slowly notice lack of energy and less power so it's kinda frustrating sometimes.

However I would say it's best to first build some quality mass - muscle before bulking.

i was thinking of bulking first too.

Edit - what will the calorie intake? I want to gain 1 pound a week of lean muslce.
That's the most you can do?

1 pound per week of muscle is not that easy. It all depends from your genetics, age and of course diet. You just have to try to eat as much as possible.

1 gram of protein per 1 pound. So if you are 200 pound guy try to eat at least 200 grams of protein every day. I would suggest taking 250.

3500 calories = 1lb of fat

3500/7=500. So if you every day eat 500 calories more. It will result in gaining 1 pound per week of fat.

Again, it all depends from your current body weight but you got some numbers to work with at least.

Whole point of quality bulking is to eat enough protein and simply more calories. I wouldn't suggest you start eating like ton of candies, or fast food or w.e because it's all sugar and will put body under unnecessary stress. Instead eat more quality carb food. Rice, potatoes, grits, pasta anything.
 
i am seventeen years now and i cant give much time for body buliding but i want to be slim and a bit of body builder so do u hav any tips for tat

You are 17 and you don't have time? How can people who have kids and job find time to workout every day or at least 3 times per week?

You can always find time. Read my Q&A in first post, already answered that questions so wouldn't like to repeat myself over and over.
 
i am bodybuilder and i am very over slim.... if i take off my shirt so my chess bone appear hw can i become bodybuilder.?

Chess Bone? You probably talk about chest. You should start working out and eating more. When you put on some size all bones will disappear.

If you are too lazy to workout at least eat more, that should increase your bodyfat and overall weight.

I have very good reason for not posting pictures. I'm competing, where obviously face doesn't matter. So again, no. I do have my pictures (progress threads) posted on Bodybuilding related forums as they are not warez related, so that's fine, here it's not. So don't push it.

And 90% of what I have learned is from my personal experience so don't worry, I'm not 300 pound guy.

Vegetarians have to rely on supplements much more (Whey Protein). I cannot really help you much there as I'm not vegetarian but without supplements in your case it will be impossible to train and expect to gain something. Nuts and other stuff cannot replace meat and won't last in long run.

What can be good workouts that can be done at home to strengthen my upper extremities? I hardly can do 20 pushups, I do pushups with my knee touching the ground

hey , i was woundering
i'm 188cm tall and 194KG i'm not fat , but kinda overweight
is there any diet that can be good for me ? since i don't drink milk or eat meat or whatever (vegetarian) and every time i go to the gym they give me stupid diet system which includes milk everyday .

If you have no equipment

Push Ups (the one you can do) 12-25 reps of 3 sets
keep increasing after some weeks
Dips 12- 25 reps
Pull ops put a chair down and pull your self up.

Done 3 times a week
