He is unbanned for like 4-5 hours right?Still no word from him,may be we need to wait till he gets up meh. I should have moved when they changed the owner.
sady was great,he was so supportive and online like 18 hours of the day.
I briefly spoke with Crunchhost this morning. They have told me that they are trying to sort out a problem that has been generated by a few clients.
I don't exactly know what the problem is? Might be a few huge scripts causing real problems on the server, I have no idea.
But they did want me to tell you that Crunchhost will be live again soon. They are working very hard and continuously to get the server back online.
They also want to clear the air themselves. So I presume they want to get more of a handle on the situation before they make any further comments here.
I know it's hard to keep patient, I've personally had downtime before with previous hosts and I appreciate that it's extremely annoying. But please try and keep patient for an official update from Crunchhost. :-)
Yes, I appreciate what your saying StyXoN, I can only presume that the reason why they are unable to send any emails out to their clients is because of the server problem. I believe that they host their website on the same server as all of your sites.
Unfortunately it does appear to be an unprofessional way of doing it...
But I hope that they will learn by their mistakes and implement a system to prevent this from happening again. :-) They will come back stronger than ever, I am sure of it :-)

Yes I agree, the current system that they have is not a good one.
I didn't say that WJ was run on the same servers, I meant their site - "www.crunchhost.com" is hosted on the same server as all of your websites that are currently down. So this is probably why they are unable to send you all an e-Mail to explain the situation.
The reason why they haven't posted here on WJ is unknown, I guess they are just trying to concentrate on getting the server back up and running asap.
I don't particularly want to fall out with anyone here over arguing who is right who is wrong, and what the problems might and might not be, I am just simply trying to keep the peace, until they return... To fall out with any of you over a company that I don't actually represent would be silly. But due to the nature that most of you are rightfully angry with the way they are appearing to handle the situation, I won't continue to try and defend Crunchhost.
I have personally made a request to Crunchhost that they need to come and post here asap, to set the story straight themselves :-)
Yesterday CH2 Went offline, and causing a huge downtime, and we are currenlty working to bring it back, and we are trying to move the clients to a new server so that we can deal with the CH2 problem, We are currently working on this, and i can say we are not sleeping for almost 24 hours for this problem, and we are still working on the issue, we will give compensation to our clients for every hour of downtime, and we will make a policy about future downtimes for this issue.
We are still working on this, and we wont quit in front of our hardest time, we will face it, and hopeful you guys understand us when we are not replying in the tickets, we are working and every second is valuable time.
We didnt had Any downtimes for 9 months, and this was a problem related to hetzner TOS, we will solve this, and we will serve our clients in the best way we can.
We wish that every client will be sure that CrunchHost.Com will be online again Soon whatever it comes to hard work or expenses, it will be online as we can't leave the business!
