hello my RU not working "In Queue"

RU is working, "In Queue" means exactly that - that your links are in queue to be processed.

We have had a big queue which have been leading to long waits, but, we have made some changes and they will now be processing much faster!

Yes, we've made some great improvement in FTP. Please let me know if you face any issues with uploading via FTP.

As for US servers, we don't have plans to add them, but instead are working on cleaning up the routing from US to our EU servers!
