There is a new promo coming, yes, but we're not going to be announcing it until the new infrastructure is running smooth and we iron out some of the upload issues!

And, c'mon, you think I'm going to let the cat out of the bag yet?? :D

I've tried putting in my IDM using either my email or username, but all I still get is "*.html" page, is there any workaround so, I can use IDM to download files from WUpload?

I am a premium member.

ps. It works fine for Filesonic, Fileserve, Uploadstation, BUT NOT WUpload, any help would be appreciate.

We figured out the issue, it's on IDM's side, but it's a simple fix!

In your OPTIONS > SITE LOGINS

Instead of "SITE/PATH" http://wupload.com

Add = *.wupload.com and click YES TO ALL when the prompt comes up.

i had stopped using wupload for a month or so and when i have logged in again i see all my files are deleted, why? my username:charlieman999

Files are deleted after 30 days for free users. Count down starts from the day they were uploaded.
You have to be premium to keep them alive longer than 30 ays.

If one can't upload, how can you expect earnings? Really, it doesn't matter whether you announce promos or anything like that to get market share, the key to success in my opinion is called CONSISTENCY.

Can you achieve that?
 
Hello Willy ! I`ve just noticed that Wupload page is consuming 50% CPU and that is in idle without doing anything on the page . I`m using Google Chrome , but with firefox and even opera is the same .I`ve cleared the cache and all browsing history , but that diidn`t help either . Any ideas ? Thank you !

When you say every host is down do you mean that you're getting error messages or do you mean that they're "In Queue"?

If you're getting errors, please let me know from which host and what error you're receiving!

If it's "In Queue", that is because we are processing a large amount of RU files, which we are aware of and are working to process much faster, it means it will require some patience!

Azazel nailed it on its head, Deadlysting! There is a big difference between RU being down and having to wait In Queue.

I have RU files that are showing as being 'in queue' but it seems they uploaded correctly. It is impossible to remove these from the RU screen. I select them and delete them but they don't go away.
 
Dear God, this so called "bug" with RU has been around forever!:facepalm::facepalm::facepalm:

Are your techs actual techs or college freshmen or anything like that?X-(

I don't care if a billion files are in queue, you are NOT Rapidshare in its best days (could handle 100 times your traffic, Filesonic's and all the others combined) and you are NOT the most popular host!

Either fix the problem, or stop talking about promos and all that crap, it's embarrassing for everyone and absolutely FRUSTRATING!
