I Have A Few Problem In My Acc

The Problem Is I Upload My File's Using Remote Upload And There Is No Problem With

Remote Upload But The Problem Is That After A Successful Upload I Select The

Completed Remote Upload File's And When I Click On "Delete All Completed/Error Files"

The Page Refreshes But My Completed Remote Upload Job's Are Not Removed It Just

Remains There And I Tired Several Time's But I Couldn't Remove Them

At the moment you need to manually select them before using the "Delete" button.

We're getting that issue sorted out!

Please fix the delete all competed/error files in the Remote upload page. The list is getting longer everyday.

Please Willy Help me,yesterday yahoo decided to make me think i was email hacked,so i changed all my passwords,i wroted a ticket saying if please could them put me my new email saying my details,idk if they did but,later yahoo worked again,i wasnt hacked it was just a stupid error,but today i tryed to login and i couldnt because it said"No such email found or something like that",then i posted a ticket again,this is mi User ID=http://www.wupload.com/referral/affiliate/161380

willy, i selected the file manually by ticking the check boxes and clicked on

then "Delete All Completed/Error Files" but the file's has not been removed

RU DEAD!!! Two of my files have been deleted, I cant re-up cuz RU sucks. Hire more techs cuz this shit is slow stepping. :facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm:

Give them time for fish's sake. :facepalm:

@sewer, take backups of those files and keep it and when they get deleted it would be good for you to copy those files again and re-post them. :facepalm:

@th3fox, if your forum is freezed, what can wU do?

Nothing to worry, I too am facing problems, but well "PATIENCE" is the key. =)

Remote upload is not down, there is just a large queue of files which is slowing the transfer time. We were aware of this before the posts on the board and are working on processing them!

Just a little bit of patience, and your files will go through!

Remote Upload is working, we've just received another big boost in traffic which increased the number of files being processed which is ending up with files "In Queue".

We're aware of the issue and are already on top of it!
