He group messaged in yahoo yesterday " i m currently on marriage will back in 3 to 4 days sorry for inconvience!"

so users have to wait till the admin comes online to solve the problems :)) :))

This is what I hate about these 1 man companies. They often promise 24x7 support but we all know that's not possible for a single guy.

Now this guy is running an online business and disappears without leaving anyone else in charge to take care of his clients. I can see real professionalism there.
 
If someone scammed you and you have verified paypal,contact them via phone or email them directly after opening a dispute. Someone on here scammed me(see reversed hosting)and i did like that and paypal favoured me.
 
I think he rebooted the server only 4-6 hours ago. Well he has rebooted the server again just now.

This RDP is totally trash. He reboots the server without notice 10 times a day lol. I think I have been downloading the same torrent for the last 4 days and its still not finishing because he reboots so many times a day that the download never progresses much.

it's true man. i submit ticket for installing mozila firefox. and he say firefox not allow. install chrome :(
