Maybe that time, the server load went high, for a few minutes or seconds, in which you were getting the timeouts.

@SJshah, please open a support ticket at www.photonservers.info after you have uploaded the database backup file to the root of your hosting account.

Also make sure to include the database name, username and password for that database that you want to restore the sql file to.
