@jasb007 do you know your ticket number that you had just check your emails.

I will also check with the person who handles the tickets on what the issue is.

As i no longer handle tickets.

I see you have posted many comments on this thread the issue would have been fixed much more faster if you did submit a ticket.

If you say it was deleted just submit a ticket. As we dont delete tickets unless they are two of them submitted with the same info we close it.

submitted ticket today! got response within 20 minutes! :) thanks for good hosting so far! quick server.

ugh whats going on your website doesn't load at all i can't submit ticket :S and i have problem, i can't get any files from public_html listed it just won't load them...
working now guess it was problem on your side

Make sure you paid, they only set up after once paid. :)
