if it get fixed and sometimes get DMCA again later then no good for this. Hope it just one time. If everytime you got DMCA and must down for this long then i have to prepare for another host.

Sorry we had a DMCA notice we recieved and I was unfortunately offline for that matter at that particular time and didnt respond. Therefore our main shared IP was banned from the DC it will be up soon as we have cleared everything out with them.

Sorry for this issue that you all faced. If you have further queries please do not reply to his thread as this is a sales thread and not a support thread or else i would have to report them. You can open a ticket at www.photonservers.info

This Block applies to all users who are on the shared hosting package, and not the ones that are on a dedicated IP. If you would like to order a dedicated IP you can login to your account at www.photonservers.info and go to Order, and select Addon Products where you can order the additional IP.

Bad timing bro, just the moment i launched my site to the public..you have to go down. Its been the entire day like this from 10am and its still down and its right now 9:33 PM. Please fix this asap and make sure this doesn't happen again

This is STRICTLY not a Support thread, The sites have been down due to the IP blockage from our DataCentre and there is nothing we can currently do apart from sending them emails.

All dedicated IP clients are fine. This is affecting all Shared Hosting clients.

I tried contacting support but no response at all.

What is estimate time for this to get fixed?

It would be a good idea to let customers know of the situation with an email at least.

We have already informed our clients about this issue via E-Mail.

We have many support queries which we are responding to.

And we are not sure of the estimated time of this getting fixed, as the issue is with the DC i am waiting for them to reply back to me. And fix this issue.

Personal opinion: It's not that nice to temporally close a thread while you have downtime to prevent unwanted replies. I won't be doing this in future.
 
@Mr. Happy I had this closed due to un necessary replies coming in from clients on downtime, as this is a sales thread. No problem i will keep it open and not close it. :)

@ ALL the Main Server IP Is Back! Everything is back to normal and we have already taken necessary measures on how this will be avoided again in the future.

We will also be coming soon with a new Hosting package with dedicated IP's at very competitive prices.
