What download speed do free/registered users get?
Why your download volume is too high for free/registered users? it makes it harder for them to buy premium account

Hello @Ruriko Guest users can download at speeds of up to 2 MB/s, while registered users receive 4–6 MB/s. We also have a healthy number of Premium sales, as Premium accounts offer maximum download speeds along with a completely ad-free experience.

Personally, I don't think it's a good idea to force users into purchasing Premium by limiting their bandwidth or reducing their download speed to just a few KB/s. We'd rather provide a good free experience while offering Premium as a better, value-added option instead of making the free experience frustrating.

Hi @FileQ

20days ago, I PM you that I was no longer able to upload files because I had reached the storage limit, but I never received a response.
Is a 50 GB or 100 GB storage limit really reasonable for users who frequently upload files?

May I know your account username? I'd like to check your account details. Free users receive up to 50 GB of storage. Are you currently using a Free account or a Premium account?

I'm confused on your tier table on your site shows:
Tier 1: United States, Canada, Sweden, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Spain, Belgium, Italy, Netherlands

but on forum you say:
Tier 1: United States, China, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Austria, Belgium, New Zealand, Ireland, South Korea, Singapore, Spain, Luxembourg, Hong Kong, Iceland, Portugal, Greece, Israel, Czech Republic, United Arab Emirates, Qatar

I don't know which table is the correct one

you can check our GEO's list here: https://fileq.net/make_money/

I have been a member of this forum for 15 years.
I believe this is the first time I've had to repeat such a simple request multiple times.

No file hosting service imposes a 50 GB space limit on its affiliates.

Every three hours, I have to go back and delete files that I previously uploaded because I've hit the storage limit. Then I have to do the same thing all over again.

Thank you. I noticed that you currently have a relatively small amount of traffic. Let me check with my team to see if we can offer you our Premium plan for free.
Just create a dedicated plan for uploaders with a reasonable storage limit, such as 500 GB. Even if you don't provide Premium access, that's perfectly fine. At least give us a practical storage limit so we can upload without constantly having to delete our files.

First of all, thank you for your feedback, and I completely understand your frustration.

50 GB storage limit
is part of our policy for free affiliate accounts. It's in place to ensure fair resource allocation and maintain the stability of the platform for all users.

I understand that this limit may not be suitable for your workflow, especially if you're uploading a large number of files. Unfortunately, I'm unable to offer you a free Premium account at this time, as your current traffic volume does not meet the eligibility requirements for our complimentary Premium program.

If your traffic grows in the future, I'd be happy to review your account again and see if you qualify. We truly appreciate your interest in FileQ and thank you for giving our platform a try.

I'd recommend choosing another payment option. 😕 I don't think this issue will be resolved anytime soon.

By the way, what would you recommend as the best alternative to PayPal?
