I did a quick check at our Slack and from informations read there i can tell you that we've found new exchange partner so hopefully they start work today, i will confirm that for you later as i just came into the office after weekend and need to catch up to things what our management and dev team was on during the weekend.

I believe wallet page says exactly what requirements are there for your account after which you will be eligbe to receive payments again.
The premium accounts was removed as our devs are doing some important changes there and they wanted users to do not mess with things so they revoked all premium accounts which will be re-issued as soon as they finish their work, frankly those changes must be done at live server so we kindly apologize for that.
The system deletes video automatically due to various of reasons like copyright infrigement, your file has failed in encoding, your file has failed in transfer, your file has broke overtime and received many reports from viewer in the player.
The CPM at affiliate page is not guaranteed and information is provided there that this is average cpm for past X days. Earnings you have are based on your ads performance so if no conversion occurs advertisers might reduce the rates they're paying or even stop advertising completly over your account which will lead to no income at all.
I see you made a ticket and been replied with issue marked as resolved.
We don't have problem with encoding. We have problem with bad source files that our encoders will not process for a reason.
I believe you also made a ticket as i see such issue being reported and this is probably the reason why you've not received the reply as this message was taken as duplicate. That issue is resolved in our dev version however we don't push updates every day or twice a day to production servers.

Less than 10% of all the garbage embeds from your website will remain. I'm removing them one by one while matching each video. Trust me, it's better to host your videos somewhere else. You're not making any money from this, and all they're doing is filling our websites with junk.

I'm sorry for being late today, been OOO so please forgive me lack of comunication today.
I did a check, i see all BTC transactions was processed and exchangers began processing LTC payouts so they will be finished today for sure. I will update you once i have more data about other payout methods.
So what have you not understood from the message? Please tell me so i can explain in detail.
