This problem has already been resolved, and if you want to continue using Byse services in Brazil, make it clear to your users to use the 1.1.1.1 warp to avoid connection problems and stay secure.
This problem is occurring with some internet providers, but in some regions of Brazil, a solution has already been implemented by changing domains exclusively for Brazil, but even so, the problem persists in some regions.
This problem was related to something else, and now they've figured out what was going on. In my case, it was the number of subtitles in a single video that was breaking the player.
There was a limit of 30 subtitles per video, and mine had 34, but it seems they've increased this limit.

I was talking to them, they also cleared the playback API cache and now it's working perfectly.

My name is Philip, and I will be the new manager around Wjunction. Due to personal issues, David has stepped down from his position and will be handling different projects of ours once he comes back.

As you might have noticed, we deployed a new update to our platform today. I believe we are in a good position right now, as we have fixed most of the major problems related to our server stability and the downtimes caused by that.

The discussion thread will soon be closed due to our platform resuming official support for Wjunction members through the official thread. We plan to keep developing the platform as much as we can, and since our developers have finished another of our main projects from the development side, they now have more time to focus strictly on Byse. One of these changes is our design, which has improved a lot. With the next changes, we will introduce more sophisticated features.

Through our new support staff on Telegram, you can always report technical issues, which will be handled within 24–48 hours. Regarding payments, our position has not changed, and we will be adding more rules to ensure that our loyal users are rewarded and cheaters are punished as much as possible.

Starting today, we have deployed new fingerprinting algorithms to detect abusers, cheaters, automated viewers, and other abusive behavior. Our playback security has also been improved and will rely more on new algorithms provided by our fingerprinting service.

We also plan to improve the statistics and telemetry pages, so if you have any suggestions, please do not hesitate to provide them. We would be more than happy to review them and improve our service.

The fact that you’re planning to close the discussion thread on WJ obviously because people are publicly calling you out does not change the reality of the situation. For a long time now, you’ve been choosing who gets paid and when, while many of us continue to be ignored despite doing exactly what is required.

You keep making excuses such as ''upload more materia'' or''you haven’t uploaded enough yet'' but even when content is uploaded consistently, payments still do not arrive. That is the issue people are talking about, and closing discussions will not make it disappear.

And let’s make something very clear just because you try to silence the conversation does not mean people will stay quiet or sit back with folded arms. Discussions will continue here and anywhere else necessary, because people have every right to speak publicly when they feel they are being misled.

We are not scammers, and we are not using any methods that violate rules or terms. We upload content normally, the same way everyone else does. Whether someone uploads more or less content is not an excuse to withhold payments indefinitely, nor is it your place to selectively decide who deserves to be paid after the work has already been done.

Personally, I will openly speak about this situation on youtube, tiktok, and any other platform if necessary, because from my point of view, when someone refuses to pay money that is owed after the agreed work has been completed, people are naturally going to call that out publicly for what it is.

Doesn’t it cross your mind that we keep asking about it simply because we’re not getting paid? And it’s not like we’re not uploading content. Some people may not upload at all, sure, but even that isn’t an excuse. Their videos get deleted after a few months if they don’t get views, just like many other platforms do. The real issue is that the people who do upload regularly simply aren’t receiving their payments, and that’s unacceptable, my friend.

I believe you understood my post in a wrong way since you think that we plan to close discussion thread to "silence" someone. No not really that's not what i said. We will be moving back to official support thread, does that mean we plan to silence someone? No! Kindly next time if you plan to post something like that atleast spend some time for a carefull reading of what i've said.

Regarding your inqury about the delays in payments, yes they happen and the one we have actually right now, i don't want to go into details but i can summarize it by telling you that we're in the middle of exchanging company switch due to issues with sanctions against company we been working with for years. Does that mean you will not be paid? Of course not!


about the rest of your words, people don't complain that they're not getting paid on time, most of people recently complain because they cannot get paid due to inactivity of their account, most of them are actually cheaters with bot traffic from fiver to their "20" 50mb files.


Once again please read carefully because it's very easy to come up with a claim that can have very opposite effect of what actually should be achieved.

Do you have any contact with your traffic (customer support, Discord, Telegram, or other)? If so, conduct a survey to ask for their opinion. I say this because sometimes, in certain areas, it can be the ISPs that are blocking or causing problems. You can have a lot of traffic, but if ISPs block it, obviously the links are no longer visible.
After that, I'd like to say, if you don't like their affiliate policy, put up your own ads.

I know what you're talking about. We're not blocked, everyone is watching normally. At least no one is complaining to me.

And as for me placing my own ads, it doesn't make sense. Because they, as a large network with a large base of people, are better paid from ads than if I used my own ads as an individual.

It's the same thing that Byse has become. It's a scam because he decides who gets paid and who doesn't even when we have reached the minimum withdrawal amount.

I reached the minimum payout and still I'm not getting paid, because you've invented new requirements like uploading 80 videos a month.

Yes, I accuse you of being a scammer, I've already made my point here:

You changed the requirements whenever you felt like it, and there was nothing about it on the Byse affiliate page.

Your new requirements:

My inactivity on the account is because I'm switching to another player; I no longer want to work with you, I just want to be paid. I already state this:

"should you disagree with any changes, to discontinue using our services immediately." That's what I'm doing; I'm ceasing to use your service. I'M NOT GOING TO GIVE YOU MONEY. That's why my activity has been low. I no longer want to work with you; I've already mentioned this before:

And the 80 uploads and whatever other new requirements you mentioned earlier for payment simply weren't anywhere on the Byse website.
