Hello,

This is not official thread, we came with this thread in order to transition into new platform correctly, feel free to report any bugs or share your thoughts and suggestions about our new system in this thread.

I had to make an account here to say, since using Filemoon I have NEVER had the 233001 error like on Byse. I agree that byse is a better panel than filemoon, but for administrators, at least copy the functions from filemoon player or how it already works. I have never played a video on byse without the player throwing this error 23001 every time and then I have to turn off the ads 30 times until the video starts. I repeat, when there was filemoon, this error never appeared on the player until it was changed to byse.

Take this as a criticism and not as if I mean something bad because I like byse a lot more than filemoon. I believe that if there is no solution for this then it is not worth using because I don't want to torture myself that every 10 minutes I get messages from users that they have this error and I can't help them, which was never the case with filemoon player.

I don't mean anything bad, I'm just giving my observation that I've had so far

Like I mentioned just a few days ago, error 232001 occurs on almost every video host, I've personally seen it on filemoon as well, and nobody knows what causes it. The host who manages to solve error 232001 will gain a lot of popularity.

I never had that error before on filemoon, and now i cannot play any video without getting that error its really annoying and frustrating, test the video on filemoon and test on byse see the difference

I know that error means when player doesnt download fragment in given time, but why it doesnt occur on filemoon, i tried not to complain but videos are not playable anymore like on filemoon i just lose my patience to play video and also my users prob to, there must be something to do if old filemoon doesnt give me this error byse can be fixed to

In Player Settings, when I set the Default Audio Track, it doesn't select the chosen language but instead defaults to the first available track when the file is multilanguage. Please fix this.

In the Edit File section, it doesn't display information like on Filemoon (bitrate, duration, quality, etc.).

Force Disable Adblock works incorrectly – even when disabled for the site in the extension, it still shows the message to disable the adblocker despite it being disabled.

You have to disable your adblock completly, disabling it for a site won't hide the message. So everything is correct on that matter.

Could you fix the folder sorting so that when you enter a folder with TV series episodes (s01e0...), they display starting from episode 1 at the top, just like it was on Filemoon? Currently, you have to manually switch to A-Z sorting, and then switch back to sort by newest.

When moving files to a folder and searching by name, it doesn't show subfolders inside (like S01, S02, etc.) as it did on Filemoon – they're not visible, so you have to scroll down and search for them manually

Can you please provide the link to any video where you have multiple audio for testing purposes? Thanks in advance.

Can you guys provide me more information on that?

1. Are you being signed out imiedietly after login?
2. Are you logged in at filemoon at the same time?
3. Can you please provide any video or info from your console when you're trying to log in ?

I did check the files, they don't exist on server disk which means they either were broken then removed by system and you restored them from trash or they have failed months ago in the transfer and somehow managed to stay in your files list.


We're currently working on a system that will scan automatically all servers and try to find issues like this and automatically delete the files.

it's about multiple series, for example this is the case with almost the entire series the sopranos, I have the same problem with Game of Thrones.
