based on my experience, in terms of views counting I can say that savefiles has the most honest view counts. Not just honest counting but generous as well. They pay the VPN traffic which no any host has been doing right now. The ads at 100% mode is not that annoying and lesser than any of existing host rightnow. When it comes to payment, Not just instant, But sometimes comes with extra bonus for the uploaders. I remember when I requested in USDT and saw that the transaction fee was around $20, then I complain it to him. He send the missing $20 straight from his pocket! I just hope that SaveFiles will just improve more and I hope that it grows and stay transparent to its uploaders!
